Here are some helpful hints to help your home show and photograph well. These tips are not all necessary but do make a nice difference in the outcome of your photographs and virtual tour!

| Exterior Front |
• Please make sure all cars are removed from the driveway and front curb of home.
• Please remove garbage cans from view unattractive hoses, bikes, sports
equipment etc..
• Try to avoid scheduling a tour on garbage day if you plan to have a panoramic
done of the front area.
• Please make sure garage doors are closed.
• Please turn on exterior lights for an added touch.

| Exterior Back |
• Please move trash cans out of site.
• Please remove all outdoor toys that you do not want to show in photographs.
•
If you have a pool, please remove pool toys, floaties etc..
• If you have a waterfall or fountain, etc., please turn them on if you would like that
feature to be included in your tour.
• Please remove barbecues or cover them if they are not easily able to move.
• Please remove pet kennels, bedding, etc., if you do not wish them to be included
in the photos.

| Interior |
• Please turn on all lights including lamps, stove lights undercounter lighting etc..
• Please do not turn off the lights until all photographing is done.
• Open window coverings for full light unless there is something in view
you would rather not show.

| Family Room |
• Please, remove non decorative blankets pillows etc.,
• Please turn off televisions and computer screens, as they do not photograph well.
• Remove remotes, magazines etc., from tables.
• Turn on fireplace for an added touch.

| Kitchen |
• Please remove all books, papers clutter off counters, small appliances etc.
• Remove small rugs and dishtowels that are not decorative.
• Make sure stove tops are clean as this may show in photos.
• Remove sponges, dishsoaps, dishes, from kitchen sink.
• Remove magnets, personal photos, paperwork etc., from refrigerator.

| Bathrooms |
• Please remove all toiletries, i.e. soaps, toothbrushes, shampoos from showers,
towels and bathmats that are not decorative. etc..
• Remove medication and personal items.
• It is best to make sure mirrors and shower doors are clean as this may reflect
in the photos.

| Bedrooms |
• Please remove or push back items from underneath the beds that may
show in a picture.
• Remove shoes, paperwork, jewelry, tissue boxes, books, medications, laundry
etc that may show up in a picture.
